- BranchConfig validation (intensity bounds, positive endpoint)
- Single-branch via multi-branch path compatibility
- Multi-branch spectrum calculation and intensity weighting
- Per-branch spectra with correct endpoint and transition type
- Component extraction (universal vs branch-dependent)
- CSV export with total, per-branch, and universal components
- Transition type propagation from BranchInfo
- Branch values <= total spectrum verification
- Branch integral proportionality to intensity
- High-Z multi-branch stability
- No-branches defaults to single-branch mode
